Cancellation Request: You may need to send an email to [email protected] for your cancelation request, as we need to check the status of the order.

Handling Fee: In order to cover the administrative and processing costs associated with cancellations, we charge a handling fee of 5% of the total preorder value. This fee helps us offset the expenses incurred in processing your preorder, including payment processing fees, inventory management, and administrative tasks.

Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the total amount paid for the preorder minus the 5% handling fee mentioned above. Please note that any additional fees charged by payment processors or financial institutions during the transaction may also be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Timing: Once the cancellation request is approved, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. The exact timing of the refund may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution involved. You can expect to receive the refund within a few business days.

Please note that this cancellation policy specifically applies to preorders. Once an item has been shipped and the regular return policy comes into effect, different terms and conditions may apply.
